Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If you have a question about your country or your shipping situation, email us before ordering and we’ll sort it out.
Processing time
In-stock items ship within 3 business days of payment clearing. Custom items (titanium stud kits) typically take 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture. You’ll receive a build update by email.
Carrier & cost
Small items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Larger or heavier parts ship via UPS Ground. All shipments include tracking. Shipping is calculated based on weight, destination, and any required signature, and is confirmed with you before any payment. Nothing is owed until you approve it.
International orders
International orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination. Customs forms are filled out accurately, and buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their own country. We do not falsify commercial values.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We’ll file the carrier claim and do what we can to make it right.
Wrong address
If the address you provide is incorrect and the package comes back to us, you’re responsible for the cost of reshipping.
All sales final
All sales are final. Fitment is the buyer’s responsibility, so confirm a part fits your specific car before ordering. Ask us if you’re unsure. That said, we’re a small operation run by actual P80 people. If something goes wrong with your order, email us. If we have stock on hand, we’ll do what we can to help get you sorted.
Warranty
Parts carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, racing or competition use, improper installation, damage from unrelated parts, or any modification made to the part itself.
Off-road & track-use disclaimer
Some performance items are intended for off-road or competition use only. Compliance with local vehicle laws and emissions regulations is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers in California and other states with strict emissions enforcement should confirm a part’s legality before ordering.
